Floors:
In the Villa there are going to be different types of flats, depending on the areas of the house. The entire service area, which includes the ground floor where the garage, room electro / mechanical, laundry and staff quarters, we will be using a porcelain tile floor imported light tone with features for high traffic floor non slippery, for efficiency and cleanliness. All the floors of the living areas and social areas are of high quality marble, semi worn with a light tone, imported from Europe called Nuvo Cream. The baseboards are of the same material. There are different types of marble used in both the walls and floors of the bathrooms. All rooms in the house (five) will be finished with imported wood floors and baseboards will come from the same material. All outdoor areas, including external stairs, terraces and balconies are clear cement tile from Barro Barroco.

Paint & Stucco:
The exterior of the house is painted with special stucco exteriors. This material is granulated and highlights much of the Mediterranean style home. All internal walls of the living area and night are painted in light shades Venetian stucco. The skies are home based natural paint water of the same color of the walls, but with a different method of application to create a different effect between walls and ceiling. All service areas are painted with water-based paint for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Window frames:
The window frames of the house are solid wood (from Euromat) and are imported from Germany. All small windows such as bathrooms and bedrooms have ranged system / swing and come from a dark color.


Glass doors and Structures:
In some areas of the house (as designed) there are doors, fixed glass and tempered glass railings. Both the entrance and living room are double-height structures with tempered glass chandeliers anchoring system and planned for electric curtains.

Internal Doors:
The inner doors of the house are all solid wood, imported from Italy by the company (Barausse) all doors of the house (unless service areas) are solid dark wood. The doors of the home theater are lacquered wood inlaid with Swarovski crystals and aperture system with two-way as in theaters. The elevator doors (three doors) are a system called Secret and are painted the color of the walls so they do not see at any moment the door.

Fireplace:
The Fireplace is a unique detail in this case is achieved by incorporating smart home system so that it can turn on and off by touch screens automated home system. This view is entirely at the fireplace in the living room and propane. The fireplace itself is detailed with glass and gold plating.

Air Conditioning:
The mansion has air-conditioning system Mini-Split Type in the following areas: master bedroom, four additional bedrooms, office, cinema room, kitchen and cellar.

Bathroom furniture and Cava:
All bathroom furniture and two digs movable towers are made of solid wood that are both decorative wood laminates. The envelopes of the furniture, marble bathrooms are of different types and designs.

All faucets, sinks, showers, toilets, bidets and bath tubs in the bathrooms are brand Kohler and selected directly by the manufacturer to bring out details of the baths.

Home Theater:
The home theater is completely soundproofed to maintain a standard acoustic at its highest level. The film is divided into three levels of steps to position up to 12 seats cinema. The walls are film wallpaper, the floor is finished with a special mat to theaters and this area has all the planned output speakers and cables to be installed in future all the equipment and racks.

External Specifications:
The exterior of the property are looked up in the smallest detail. The mansion has incredible finishes of stone, cement and wood.
